RSI Custom Products — Terms of Service

Welcome to RSI Custom Products (“RSI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and products. By visiting our site, placing an order, requesting services, or purchasing from RSI, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2) Eligibility

By using our website or purchasing from RSI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or using the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3) Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information

  • You authorize RSI to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping

RSI reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or pricing errors)

  • Limit quantities purchased per order or per customer

4) Custom Products & Made-to-Order Work

Many RSI products are custom-made or personalized. By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge:

  • Custom items are produced specifically for you

  • Minor variations in color, placement, texture, and material are normal

  • Digital previews and on-screen colors may appear different from the final printed/engraved product

All custom orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

5) Proofs & Customer Approvals

Some orders require proof approval (digital mockups, artwork proofs, layout previews, or design confirmations).

By approving a proof, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed spelling, design, placement, sizing, and overall layout

  • The approved proof becomes the production standard for your order

  • Approved proofs are final and are not eligible for refunds

RSI is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

6) Service-Based Work

RSI offers service-based work including, but not limited to:

  • Logo Design / Artwork Design

  • Laser Cutting

  • 3D Printing

  • 3D Scanning

  • Laser Metal Cleaning

Service work may require deposits, consultation, design setup, or file preparation. Once work has started, service-based orders are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7) Customer-Provided Files & Content

If you submit artwork, logos, images, text, or designs, you represent that:

  • You own the rights to use the content, or

  • You have permission/license to use it

RSI is not liable for copyright/trademark issues arising from customer-provided content. We reserve the right to refuse any work that we believe infringes on intellectual property or violates these Terms.

8) Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All RSI-created designs, layouts, mockups, product photos, and content remain the intellectual property of RSI unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless a separate written agreement exists:

  • RSI may display completed work for portfolio/marketing purposes (including social media)

  • Customers may not resell RSI-created artwork files as standalone digital assets

If you want a full copyright transfer or exclusive design rights, contact us for pricing and a written agreement.

9) Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal volume, weather, or other factors outside RSI’s control.

RSI is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier-marked “Delivered” packages that are missing (we will assist with claims when possible)

  • Delays caused by the carrier

Customers are responsible for paying reshipping costs if an order is returned to us due to address issues.

10) Product Care & Handling

Some products require specific care (wash instructions, handling, storage, etc.). RSI is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper application/installation

  • Incorrect care or cleaning

  • Exposure to extreme heat, water, chemicals, or abrasion outside normal use expectations

11) Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

RSI may offer promotions, discounts, and sales from time to time.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Discount codes may not be combined

  • Promotions may be changed or ended at any time

  • Gift cards/store credit are non-refundable and have no cash value

12) Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to that policy.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website.

RSI’s maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSI from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of:

  • Your misuse of products or services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your submission of infringing content or unauthorized artwork

15) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided through purchases or contact forms is used to fulfill orders and communicate with customers.

16) Changes to These Terms

RSI may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
