RSI Custom Products — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with RSI Custom Products (“RSI,” “we,” “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping timelines, tracking, delivery, and custom order delivery arrangements.

1) Order Processing Time

Most RSI items are custom-made and produced to order.

Processing times vary depending on the product type, quantity, and current workload. Typical processing times are:

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: 3–10 business days

  • Service-Based Orders (Laser Cutting, 3D Printing, etc.): timeframes vary by project scope

  • Ready-to-Ship Items (if available): 1–3 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.


2) Custom Orders & Negotiated Delivery

Some custom orders may involve special materials, bulk quantities, oversized items, business deliveries, project timelines, or on-site/service coordination.

For these orders:

  • Delivery timelines and methods will be negotiated and confirmed with the customer before fulfillment

  • RSI may provide a custom shipping quote based on the project requirements

  • Production may not begin until the delivery method, timeline, and any required deposit/payment are confirmed

3) Shipping Carriers

RSI ships orders using trusted carriers, which may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other available shipping services

Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.


4) Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping service selected

RSI may offer promotions such as free shipping on select items or order totals when available.


5) Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping transit times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated carrier delivery ranges:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days (varies by location and carrier)

  • International (if offered): varies significantly by country and customs processing

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside RSI’s control.


6) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

7) Correct Shipping Address Required

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

RSI is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Returned packages due to incomplete/invalid addresses

If an order is returned to RSI due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for paying reshipping costs.


8) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

  2. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors, building office)

  3. Contact the carrier to open a claim or request GPS delivery confirmation

RSI will assist with documentation when possible, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost in transit, RSI will work with you to find a solution, which may include:

  • Replacement (when possible), or

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund (case-by-case)


9) Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


10) International Shipping (Optional)

If RSI offers international shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges

  • Delivery times may be impacted by customs processing

  • RSI is not responsible for delays caused by international customs clearance


11) In-Person Pickup / Local Delivery (If Offered)

If RSI offers pickup or local delivery, details and instructions will be provided at checkout or communicated directly by email.


12) Shipping Policy Updates

RSI may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
