RSI Custom Products — Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 18, 2026
At RSI Custom Products (“RSI,” “we,” “our”), we take pride in creating high-quality custom products and services. Because many of our orders are made-to-order or service-based, we have specific guidelines for returns, refunds, and replacements.
By placing an order, you agree to the policy below.
1) Custom & Personalized Items (Made-to-Order)
Because custom products are created specifically for you, all sales are final on:

Personalized items (names, photos, custom text)

Custom logo/business branding orders
-
Custom artwork, designs, or special requests
-
Made-to-order prints (DTF, UV/UV DTF, laser engraving, etc.)
✅ We will make it right if your order arrives:
-
Damaged
-
Defective
-
With a production error (wrong item, wrong design, misprint, incorrect engraving)
In those cases, RSI will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion after verification.
2) Proof Approval (No Refunds After Approval)
For any custom order requiring a proof (digital mockup, artwork proof, layout, or design preview):

Once a proof is approved by the customer, the order becomes final and is not eligible for a refund.

RSI is not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof, including but not limited to spelling, layout, size, or design placement.
Please review proofs carefully before approval.
3) Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items
For non-custom items that are not personalized, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Item must be returned in original packaging when applicable

Proof of purchase is required (order number / receipt)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
4) Service-Based Orders (No Returns)
RSI also provides service-based work including:

Logo Design / Artwork Design
-
Laser Cutting
-
3D Printing
-
3D Scanning
-
Laser Metal Cleaning
Because these services involve time, labor, setup, and/or customization, service-based orders are non-refundable once work has started.
If an issue occurs due to RSI error or workmanship, we may offer (at our discretion):

A correction/rework, or
-
A partial refund, or
-
A store credit
5) Order Issues, Damage, or Errors (Replacements)
If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
A clear description of the issue
-
Photos of the item and packaging (required for damage claims)

If we confirm the issue is due to a production defect or shipping damage, RSI will provide:

A replacement, or
-
A refund, or
-
A store credit (depending on the situation)
6) Cancellations & Order Changes
Because we often begin production quickly:

Orders may be canceled or changed only within 2 hours of purchase (if production has not started)

Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified

7) Shipping & Delivery Notes
RSI is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
-
Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but missing (we will assist with claims when possible)
-
Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or peak shipping times
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
8) Not Covered Under This Policy
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Approved proofs (including spelling, layout, design choice, placement, and sizing once approved)

Minor variations in color (screen-to-print differences are normal)

Slight placement differences or natural production variation
-
Customer-approved designs with later change of mind
-
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper application/care
-
Incorrect size/selection made by the customer
9) Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days
-
Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
